The Loaf in a box is a rad collabo concept, where good food & good design meet. The pop-up existed last year and was located in the Paseo de Francia, San Sebastián. Leading the project was Ibán Yarza, a journalist, translator, and self-taught baker as well as celebrity-baker and journalist Dan Lepard, who writes for the Guardian UK and keeps his own bread site. “With The Loaf in a box we wanted to create a meeting point where baking and gastronomy lovers could talk and debate around bread, our marvelous product. We believe that exchanging ideas gives a great chance to learn, and for that reason, we created The Loaf in a box.”
