WKW was created by Bridget Goodwin, 28, a former youth worker, and Bryony Lewis, 29, a former social worker last year after finding their truck in the Alps and restoring it. They are passionate about supporting others to start up their own trucks/stalls to further the street food scene in London. Their sourdough ‘firebread’ pizza is baked in a clay wood-fired oven installed in their truck, and comes with a variety of quality toppings included pesto, garlic or tomato sauce with seasonal organic beetroot, goat’s cheese, spinach, mushrooms, chorizo, chillies and thyme. They also make sweet firebreads with a Maple syrup apple, cinnamon and walnuts… YUM. Props to these young ladies for following their passion for pizza!
